Shipping

We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. For pre-order items, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

New safety measures have been introduced so that we can dispatch your orders safely. We will continue to stick to the time frame of deliveries. However, due to COVID-19, deliveries may take longer than expected. We appreciate your patience and support during this time.      

UK
All purchases will be shipped with our signature boxes. Shipments are arranged via UK Royal Mail for all UK orders. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped. UK mainland delivery is charged as follows:

 - Royal mail first class signed (2-3 Working Days) - £3.70
 - Christmas orders. Order by the 21st to receive it by the 23rd December.

EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL 

Shipping only to USA, Canada, UAE, Singapore, Germany, France, Italy,  Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, Ghana, South Africa, Zambia and Australia.

For all international orders and countries outside the UK, the customer is responsible for all customs charges. The cost of shipping will depend on the shipping carrier of the country. International orders can take from 5 - 19 days to arrive depending on the country.
